In connection with the use of the UAS Portal, we process the following personal data:

• Master data (first and last name, email address, company, address)
• Authentication data (managed via the external identity provider Authentik by the controller)
• Usage data (uploaded flight logs, created areas, routes, orders and invoicing data)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, access times) in anonymised form in server logs

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Your data is processed for the fulfilment of the usage contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the secure and functional provision of the platform.

4. Retention Period

Your data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. After termination of the usage relationship, personal data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations exist.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties where this is necessary for contract performance, you have consented, or a legal obligation exists. External map services (Google Maps) may process data as part of the map view; Google LLC's privacy policy applies.

The portal uses technically necessary cookies and local browser storage exclusively for session management and user settings (e.g. language, colour scheme). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
