These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the UAS Portal, a web-based platform for managing agricultural drone services, provided by Unmanned and Airborne Solutions GmbH, Husarengasse 6, 76829 Landau in der Pfalz (hereinafter "Provider").
The UAS Portal enables digital management of areas, orders, routes and flight logs in the field of unmanned aerial operations. Access is exclusively through authorized user accounts.
Use of the portal requires registration and activation by the Provider. User accounts are non-transferable. Access credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties. In case of suspected misuse, the Provider must be informed immediately.
Users undertake to use the portal only in accordance with applicable laws. In particular, the following actions are prohibited:
The Provider endeavours to maintain high availability of the portal but provides no guarantee of uninterrupted usability. Maintenance work and technically caused outages are possible and do not give rise to any liability.
The information provided via the portal (in particular airspace zone data, weather data) is for informational purposes only and does not replace official permits or flight clearances. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use of this information as the sole basis for decisions.
Otherwise, the Provider's liability is limited to intentional acts and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time with future effect. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the portal after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Landau in der Pfalz, to the extent permitted by law.
